What we do
Tino Home Design specializes in creating construction documents for homes of any size. We work with many local builders to help ensure that they have accurate and appealing plans that fit the needs of their clients. Of course, you don't have to be a home builder for us to provide you with our services. We work with many clients that just want some help designing their own home and putting it onto paper.
the areas we serve
We currently provide our services in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Texas. Our main office is located in Huntersville, NC and we have another office in San Marcos, TX. Even if you don't plan to build in any of these areas, give us a call and we can certainly let you know if we can lend you a hand.
visualize
We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to visualize your design. On paper it may look great, but what about in real life? Does it look the way you imagine? We can help with that! Using drafting and modeling programs such as AutoCAD and Revit, we can help you to see what it will look like standing in your home. You can even walk through the home once the design is completed!
We maintain working relationships with local architects and engineers
We have had the pleasure of working with many other professionals over the years. Many benefits come from collaborating with those familiar with the plan review process in your area. Some examples of these include:
Scott A. McIntyre, Architect
Robert Emory Holroyd, Architect
Francis Petty, Architect
James Janning, Architect
Stewart-Cooper-Newell Architects
Mark Hoidas, PE
David Bickley, PE
Curtis Young, PE
Timothy Milbourne, PE
Ron Mason, PE
Todd Carey, PE
The Process
You probably have a lot of questions about how this all works. It can seem overwhelming to have such an important decision to make. You have probably asked yourself, “How do I get started designing my home? What is the whole process? How long does it take?”. Don't worry! It's not as intensive as you may think. In fact, we have created a nice list of steps to clearly outline the process for you. Just click here to find out more.
